Head of Network Development(Geely Auto Brand)

Responsible for planning, developing, and optimizing the dealer network to support sustainable business growth, ensure operational excellence, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role will lead network strategy, dealer performance management, and compliance to strengthen the brand’s market position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze competitors’ network structures, sales performance, and market share within the region.
  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive dealer network development strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify white-space opportunities and optimize network layout to improve coverage and profitability.
  • Dealer Business Planning & Compliance: coordinate with the company’s internal committees to review and evaluate dealer business plans and ensure all Business Plan processes and approvals comply with corporate standards and local regulations.
  • Corporate Identity & Standards Implementation: supervise and ensure consistent execution of Corporate Identity (CI), Sales Infrastructure (SI), and Sales Standards across the dealer network; monitor facility upgrades, branding alignment, and service experience consistency.
  • Dealer Operations Management: update and improve dealer operation guidelines, operational processes, and annual performance targets; evaluate dealer organizational capabilities, sales performance indicators, and process adherence; conduct regular operational audits and provide improvement feedback.
  • Performance Analysis & Business Support: analyze dealer operating data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decisions; provide actionable insights and guidance to help dealers improve business performance and profitability; develop dealer incentive schemes aligned with business goals and market dynamics; establish and maintain an early warning mechanism for dealer management to identify potential risks proactively; oversee sales satisfaction initiatives and ensure continuous improvement in customer experience across the network; support NPS and customer satisfaction metrics with data-driven action plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive dealer network development and operations (dealer group or car brand company).
  • Solid understanding of the automotive ecosystem, including retail operations, aftersales, and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Capable of working effectively under high pressure with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • High integrity, execution capability, and passion for driving operational excellence.
