Head of Product (all genders welcome)

Stellenbeschreibung:

Your Role

Freshly cooked food. Everywhere. All the time.

With our robots, we’re transforming the way the world cooks and enjoys food. Through technology that supports the foodservice industry, reduces food waste, and elevates culinary quality to a new, scalable level. Accessible to everyone. Everywhere. Anytime. We give our all to make this happen – across every level, team and function.

As Head of Product, your mission is to define and execute a clear product vision that drives both user satisfaction and business growth. You will lead the end-to-end product organization: from strategy, discovery, and delivery to scaling and continuous improvement. You will establish data-driven processes, implement scalable tools, and create transparency across outcomes and priorities. By working closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Commercial teams, you will ensure that we build products our customers love while enabling sustainable growth. With a strong understanding of hardware-related business models and digital services, you will help shape product structures, integrations, and monetization strategies that secure long-term success.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap, translating company goals into measurable outcomes (OKRs, North‑Star metrics)
  • Build and lead the product organization (Product Managers, Product Ops, UX Research), establishing clear roles, rituals, and quality standards
  • Drive a customer‑centric discovery process, combining qualitative and quantitative insights to validate hypotheses and prioritize effectively
  • Orchestrate delivery together with Engineering and Design, ensuring clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and accountability for timelines and scope
  • Implement and manage product analytics (funnels, retention, cohorts) to drive data‑informed decision‑making, experimentation, and iteration
  • Collaborate closely with the C‑level, providing transparent reporting on progress, risks, and learnings, as well as preparing product‑related input for investors
  • Define and validate monetization and pricing strategies (e.g., subscription, rental, usage‑based models)
  • Ensure go‑to‑market readiness in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, covering positioning, messaging, enablement, and launch execution
  • Drive product scalability through modularization, platform/API strategy, partner integrations, and streamlined product operations
  • Safeguard compliance, reliability, and security within product development, while ensuring continuous feedback loops with Operations and Support
  • Act as a sparring partner in evaluating new business models, partnerships, and portfolio decisions

What we offer you

  • The opportunity to build a scalable, innovative product with real‑world impact
  • Lots of creative freedom and ownership in a committed, cross‑functional team
  • Close collaboration with C‑level management
  • Flexible work setup, modern structures, and an ambitious environment
  • Competitive compensation package

Your profile

You’re passionate about innovative technologies, excited about the role, and ready to help us revolutionize the worlds of tech and culinary even further? Let’s get cooking!

These are the qualities helping you thrive in this role:

  • 8–10 years of experience in product management, with proven ownership of product strategy and measurable outcomes - ideally in a fast‑growing scale‑up
  • Strong analytical and business acumen: ability to connect user needs, technical possibilities, and business goals
  • Highly structured and execution‑oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize and make evidence‑based decisions
  • Empathetic and clear communicator, able to align diverse stakeholders and explain product decisions across all levels, up to C-level
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, inspiring confidence through clarity and vision
  • Relevant industry know‑how in hardware‑related or service‑based models (e.g., subscription, rental, leasing, IoT/edge services) is a strong plus
  • Fluent in English
