Head of Product Marketing & Strategy

Position Overview As the Head of Product Marketing & Strategy at XTEL, you will play a central role in shaping how our solutions are positioned, delivered, and perceived in the market. You will own the global product strategy, drive differentiated positioning, and partner closely with Sales, and Executive Leadership to reinforce XTEL’s leadership in Revenue Management for the Consumer Goods industry. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in SaaS and CPG technology that has detailed knowledge of the market needs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead XTEL’s product function, defining product roadmap, positioning and value propositions across the full solution portfolio. Key driver of company strategy and both Organic and Non-Organic growth plans.

Drive go-to-market strategy for new products, enhancements, and releases to maximize commercial impact

Develop competitive intelligence and market insights to strengthen strategic decision-making

Guide Product Management in shaping roadmap priorities based on market insights and strategic objectives

Influence long-term portfolio strategy and identify expansion areas across the broader Revenue Management ecosystem

Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to support customer value realization

Represent XTEL’s product strategy externally at industry events, customer meetings, and strategic discussions

Qualifications

Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or related field

8+ years’ experience in product marketing, strategy, or GTM roles within SaaS, enterprise software, or CPG-focused solutions

Strong understanding of Revenue Management, Trade Promotion, or related commercial processes within FMCG

Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and craft compelling narratives

Multilingual proficiency preferred; fluency in English required

High ownership mentality, able to drive initiatives end-to-end
