In this position, you will strengthen Costa’s commercial footprint by connecting strategic vision, operational leadership, and strong partner relationships. You will develop your team, reinforce Costa’s value proposition across retail networks, and shape the commercial trajectory.
Responsibilities
Retail Sales Leadership & Strategic Execution You will lead the retail sales strategy in your territory, aligning it with Costa’s commercial direction. You will guide and develop your sales team, collaborate with partners to unlock growth, coordinate key commercial activities, and manage relationships and contracting with Retail Network Headquarters. You will oversee the agency portfolio and provide the Sales Director with structured insights to support decisions and corrective actions. Customer & Partner Excellence You will be a trusted point of reference for Agency Networks, actively anticipating their needs and providing proactive, solution‑oriented support. By fostering strong, consultative relationships, you will elevate Costa’s presence in the market, enhance partner satisfaction, and ensure a consistent, high‑quality retail experience for customers across all touchpoints. Impact, Ownership & Problem‑Solving You will tackle complex sales and service challenges by identifying root causes, defining targeted responses, and leading their implementation with ownership and rigor. Your contribution will have a direct impact on sales performance, customer satisfaction, brand visibility, and team motivation—driving measurable progress across the retail business and strengthening Costa’s commercial success. Qualifications
Proven experience in driving retail sales performance, ideally within structured and competitive commercial environments. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Ability to shape and influence results through strategic partnership and leadership. Team‑leading skills that inspire engagement, accountability, and high performance.
