Head of Sales & Service (m/f/d)

Aufgaben

• Leading and developing the global Sales & Service strategy for the Sentronics Business Unit - with the goal to drive sales growth, increase market share, boost profitability and strengthen our value proposition
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with leading semiconductor manufacturers worldwide – with a strong focus on Asia (Taiwan, Korea, China, Japan)
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities, market trends and customer requirements to continuously expand and adapt our modular product portfolio
• Leading and motivating a highly skilled team across Business Development, Sales Operations and Service to achieve ambitious targets and deliver operational excellence
• Collaborating and aligning closely with R&D and Product Marketing to translate customer needs into innovative product solutions that deliver measurable competitive advantages
• Driving and empowering the international sales teams in a matrix organization to ensure consistent execution, customer focus and market penetration

Profil

• Strong technical background with a degree in Engineering or a related technical field; an MBA is an advantage
• High-level experience with at least 8–10 years in Sales, Marketing or Business Development of equipment or metrology solutions - including a minimum of 5 years in a management role
• Proven leadership excellence with a strong track record of building, leading and scaling high-performing sales teams while achieving ambitious sales and profit targets
• Extensive change management experience gained within multicultural and matrix-driven organizations
• Strategic and forward-thinking mindset, paired with a customer-centric, results-oriented and highly structured approach
• Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills across all levels of international customer and sales organizations
• High willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis
• Deep industry insight into the semiconductor sector, including market trends and the competitive landscape - a strong advantage
