Workster is partnering with a fast-growing e-mobility startup to recruit a Head of Sales & Buying DACH (f/m/d).

This role is key to driving the B2B sales and sourcing strategy for the DACH region. You will take full ownership of the B2B vertical, grow a high‑performing team, and foster strategic partnerships with major retailers, leasing companies, and fleet operators, all while contributing to the company’s mission to make electric mobility accessible.

Your Role

  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B go-to-market strategy in the DACH region, including planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Full Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring continuous revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing B2B sales team, fostering an environment of growth and success.
  • Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with retailers, manufacturers, leasing companies, and fleet operators.
  • Negotiation & Relationship Management: Secure optimal terms for the company and foster long-term, trust‑based relationships with partners.
  • Performance Optimization: Track and improve key KPIs such as pipeline velocity, ROI, win rates, and customer retention.
  • Sales Operations: Design and implement scalable sales processes, CRM workflows, and operational frameworks.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams locally and globally to align on business goals and ensure success.

Your Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in B2B sales and buying, ideally within e‑mobility, SaaS, logistics, or leasing sectors.
  • Proven leadership experience, including building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Expert negotiation skills, with a consultative and solution-oriented selling style.
  • Data-driven mindset, with expertise in CRM systems, KPI tracking, and funnel optimization.
  • Native-level fluency in German and excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken).
  • Passion for sustainability, mobility, or the circular economy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and drive results.
