CORE RESPONSIBILITIES · Strategic & Operative Planning (Hands-on): · Digital Transformation: Leading the migration of planning processes into the new ERP system (MS Business Central). You will significantly shape the Order-to-Cash process and digital inventory management. · Leadership: Disciplinary and functional lead for the Warehouse and Disposition team (2 FTE) · Inventory & Materials Management · Compliance & Safety · Performance Tracking

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS · Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (focus on SCM), Chemical Engineering, or a comparable technical/commercial background. · Industry Expertise: 3 years+ in SCM or Production Planning, ideally within the Chemical or Pharmaceutical (CDMO) sector. Understanding the constraints of batch production is a major plus. · IT-Savviness: ERP landscapes competency · Communication: Business fluent in German and English
