Head Office Management (m/f/d) in Healthcare

Position: Immediate, full‑time

Responsibilities

• Coordination of administrative processes and support for management in day‑to‑day business
• Preparation and follow‑up of meetings and regular jour fixe appointments
• Support in the creation of statistics, ad hoc analyses, and presentations
• Management of contracts and service providers
• Interface between management, specialist departments, and external partners
• General secretarial tasks such as answering the phone, scheduling and monitoring appointments, office organization
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification (experience in healthcare is advantageous), possibly a bachelor’s degree in business administration
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Confident use of common MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and Asana if necessary
• Team spirit and flexibility
• Independent, structured, and dependable way of working
• Strong communication skills, friendly demeanor
