In this role, you will be at the heart of processing health-related claims for our policyholders. Your main responsibilities will include:

Analysis and management of reimbursement, coverage and sick leave files.
Making the associated payments.
Daily interaction with our customers and intermediaries.
Collaboration with our medical expert or medical advisor on the medical aspects of files.
Active contribution to the continuous improvement of our internal processes.

You have a short higher education degree (BAC+3), ideally in the field of insurance.
You have at least 5 years' experience in the insurance sector, preferably in health, life or medical insurance.
You are fluent in Luxembourgish, French and German, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other languages is an additional asset.
You are known for your loyalty, open-mindedness and flexibility.
You are independent and thorough, able to manage your priorities effectively and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
You are able to work well under pressure and thrive in a demanding environment.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you easily establish contact with your internal and external contacts.
You enjoy working in a team and adapt easily to change and new challenges.
