About The Job
As an HSE Manager, you will take ownership of creating a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. You’ll lead the development and continuous improvement of our Occupational Health and Safety Management System in line with ISO 45001, ensuring all legal and company requirements are met. This includes assessing risks, guiding teams through audits, planning emergency response measures, and encouraging active employee participation in safety initiatives. You’ll also oversee our Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001, monitor environmental impacts, drive reduction measures, coordinate audits, and train staff on key environmental topics. Alongside this, you’ll manage REACH processes, maintain hazardous substances documentation, support compliance with regulations, and act as the main point of contact for fire protection, including planning drills and maintaining prevention measures. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong compliance frameworks, supporting people through training, and promoting a culture where safety and sustainability are part of everyday work.
