Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with daily patient care activities, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility support
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes to healthcare professionals
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a positive environment
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in patient areas
• Ensure that all care practices adhere to health and safety regulations
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed, including documentation and patient records
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements

• Previous experience as a healthcare assistant or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-oriented attitude
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions accurately
• Willingness to relocate to Ireland and adapt to a new work environment
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in healthcare are an advantage
