Healthcare Practice Support Specialist (Oncology & Healthcare IT)

This is an established healthcare consultancy seeking a Healthcare Practice Support Specialist operating in hybrid model to support oncology practices and clinics in the implementation and ongoing use of a cloud-based oncology documentation platform.

Key Responsibilities: Planning and executing software implementations in practices and clinics Analysing existing processes, IT infrastructure, and role/permission structures Coordinating with external stakeholders (e.g., cancer registries, practice software providers) Delivering on-site and remote training sessions Monitoring data quality and supporting structured oncology documentation Providing continuous support and consultation to partners

Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, life sciences, medical communication, or a related field Experience in oncology or clinical research is an advantage Strong natural ability in IT Excellent German language skills Structured, independent, and quality-oriented working style Valid Class B driver’s license Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week across Germany
