For our teams at the site in the south of Mannheim, we are looking for committed Heating, Sanitary & Air Conditioning Technician (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the operation and maintenance of building services in the sanitary, heating, and air conditioning areas together with the Facility Management team
• Planning and monitoring maintenance requirements from the plants/service areas
• Troubleshooting and execution of minor repairs
• Coordinating and supervising external contractors to support maintenance in the area of responsibility
• Carry out general locksmith work in chemical production facilities
• Active participation in KVP and Lean Management

What we are looking for

• Completed training in heating, sanitary and climate technology, or a comparable qualification (m/f/d)
• Ideally, professional experience in technical facilities management / facility management
• Customer-oriented mindset and independent work
• Sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Team spirit, willingness to contribute, and reliability
