Helpdesk / IT Support Specialist (f/m/x)

Your future role

• Provide hands‑on IT support and troubleshooting across hardware, software, and access‑related topics, ensuring a reliable and user‑friendly experience for all employees.
• Own IT hardware and asset management end‑to‑end, including planning, procurement, lifecycle tracking, and preparing devices for new joiners based on hiring needs.
• Serve as a key contact for Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), supporting teams with project setup, workflow optimization, as well as user and permission management.
• Manage user identities and access across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including onboarding, off‑boarding, and maintaining secure, well‑structured access controls.
• Support device management and endpoint security using tools such as Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender, ensuring compliance, security standards, and reliable performance.
• Continuously improve IT processes and documentation to support scalability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure a smooth and well‑functioning office IT environment by proactively equipping workstations, resolving on‑site issues, and maintaining day‑to‑day operational readiness.

What You Need To Succeed

• 2–3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a comparable role.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems (macOS and Windows), as well as basic networking and troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Confident working on‑site in Berlin.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to support non‑technical users with patience and clarity.
• Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
