Herzogenaurach, Germany (Junior) Credit Manager Finance

Responsibilities

• Acting as a cross-functional connector between Sales and Finance to ensure aligned risk decisions
• Managing credit risk classification during the onboarding of new business partners
• Monitoring and assessing the overall risk profile of our customer portfolio, incl. early warning identification
• Improving and further developing risk analyses, KPIs, and reporting dashboards
• Authorizing releases of goods for critical clients while balancing risk exposure and business needs.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Economics, Finance, Controlling or equivalent, ideally with focus on credit risk
• Professional experience in Accounting, Controlling or Credit Management
• A high affinity for numbers, strong analytical mindset, and passion for reporting
• An independent working style, fast comprehension and strong commitment
• Solid skills in Power BI, Excel, Microsoft 365, plus basic knowledge of SAP S4/HANA FICO.
