Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive Sell Through reporting solutions to provide clear data visualization and actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to extract actionable insights, support strategic decision‑making, and initiate business growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights and dashboards.
• Work closely with key stakeholders across Global Go-To-Market and Business Units to lead the Seasonal Planning Process, ensuring alignment of KPI targets and comprehensive Merchandising Planning.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to enhance processes, optimise timelines, and deliverables.
• Leverage data‑driven decision‑making by utilising the most accurate and relevant information available, with a focus on customer sell‑through data.
• Identify and implement best practices across business units and product divisions to streamline and optimise the Global planning process.
• Coordinate the Product Forecast Process across all areas, ensuring seamless data collection, accurate analysis, and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Streamline the Product Forecasting process and propose constant improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of experience in data analysis, GTM, merchandising, or commercial planning, ideally in a consumer‑focused environment.
• Strong interest in working with data and reporting, with first experience in sell‑through analysis and dashboard creation.
• Ability to analyse data and derive clear insights to support planning, forecasting, and business decisions.
• Initial experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders across GTM, Business Units, or Commercial teams.
• Understanding of seasonal planning, merchandising, or forecasting processes, with a willingness to learn and grow expertise.
• Structured, proactive, and detail‑oriented working style, comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, global environment.
