The Job

The Brand Representative is fully engaged in delivering excellent customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs. They are outgoing, stylish, and helpful, with a strong awareness of the store environment. They initiate conversations, connect with customers, and maintain a genuine and articulate communication style. Their approachable and customer-first presence on the sales floor contributes to successful sales results.
