Job Description

Brand Representatives are truly engaged. They provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs, are outgoing, stylish, and helpful. They maintain an awareness of the store environment, remain approachable and welcoming, initiate conversations and connect with customers, ensuring the customer is always first. Their confident, friendly presence on the sales floor translates into successful sales results.

What You’ll Do

• Customer Experience: Provide excellent service and build relationships.
• Store Presentation and Sales Floor: Maintain store aesthetics and product display.
• Communication: Engage customers and colleagues effectively.
• Asset Protection and Shrink: Safeguard merchandise and enforce security.
• Policies and Procedures: Follow company standards and guidelines.
• Training and Development: Participate in ongoing learning.
