Brand Representative (m/w/d) – Hollister Co. – NOVA (Hollister Co. brand within Abercrombie & Fitch Co.). What you’ll do

• Customer experience: engage with customers, anticipate and respond to needs, ensure a positive in-store experience.
• Store presentation and sales floor: maintain appealing storefront and organized sales area.
• Communication: initiate conversations and connect with customers in a genuine, articulate way.
• Asset protection and shrink: follow policies to protect assets.
• Policies and procedures: adhere to store policies and operational guidelines.
• Training and development: participate in training to support growth and performance.
