Responsibilities

• Brand Representative duties: engage with customers, provide excellent service by anticipating and responding to customer needs, remain approachable and warm, initiate conversations, and communicate clearly to ensure the customer is the first priority.
• Customer experience management, store presentation and sales floor upkeep, effective communication, asset protection and shrink management, adherence to policies and procedures, and participation in training and development.
• Support to ensure a positive shopping experience and closing of sales by exhibiting confident, social, and relatable behavior on the sales floor.
