Job Purpose
The Housing Property Officer involves supporting the Council to deliver a place where all people can prosper by providing an efficient lease signing, termination, and void process to customers and colleagues. The Housing Property Officer will contribute to helping tenants and their families sustain their tenancies by working with the Housing and Support Officer, other colleagues and external partners. This will involve providing information to tenants and signposting them to services.

Permanent, Full Time
Role requires PVG Membership
With effect from 1 April 2023, roles requiring PVG membership but with a full time equivalent salary of £30,000 and above will require candidates to meet the cost of the PVG membership. The Council will pay the cost initially, and it will be deducted from the first full month’s salary.
