HR Business Partner (12 months Fixed Contract)

For our headquarters in Eschborn (near Frankfurt), we are looking immediately for a motivated and dynamic HR Business Partner (m/f/d) , full-time, as a parental leave replacement, with a passion for both operational and strategic HR work.

Responsibilities

  • You are the contact person for managers and employees at multiple locations on all HR-related matters
  • You advise managers on personnel measures and implement them confidently
  • You support strategic HR projects and optimize internal processes and policies
  • You work closely and in a spirit of trust with the works council and independently negotiate works agreements
  • You are responsible for preparing and following up on externally conducted payroll as well as for monthly and annual financial closings
  • You manage recruitment for your area of responsibility—from job posting to successful hiring (with support in applicant management)
  • Collaboration with external partners—including within the scope of audits—completes your range of responsibilities

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification
  • You have relevant and extensive (at least 5 years) professional experience in HR
  • You have experience working with works councils
  • You are confident in labor law, social security law, and payroll tax matters
  • You are proficient in common MS Office programs and have user experience with an HR system—ideally Workday
  • You communicate confidently in German and English, even on complex topics
  • You are characterized by strong service orientation, assertiveness, flexibility, and organizational skills
  • You enjoy both strategic and operational HR work
