You Will

  • Break down global HR strategy into pragmatic, customer-oriented solutions aligned with business needs
  • Act as partner to the business and proactively support them in consulting and supporting all leadership teams in your area of responsibility in HR-related topics throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Support Senior and Top Management in driving engagement, mobility, diversity and inclusion
  • Drive cultural change and organizational transformation in your respective division
  • Manage HR issues with Works Council, Senior Managers' Council and other relevant stakeholders
  • Work with other HR Business Partners and teams of experts from HR Operations, Recruiting, Learning & Development and Reward & Performance to provide integrated HR solutions to the business

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent academic track record with studies preferably in Economics, (Organizational) Psychology, Sociology, Law or equivalent educational background
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in HR, ideally in an operational role
  • Experience in one or several core HR areas such as Recruiting, Talent Management, Reward & Performance, International Assignments or Labor Law is a plus
  • Experience in interacting with Senior Management at eye level
  • Strong computer literacy in MS Office required, knowledge of SAP‑HR and SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)

  • Strong organizational skills with hands‑on mentality and operational, execution‑driven way of working
  • Flexible, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
  • Can‑do attitude radiating a positive spirit and strong customer and service orientation
  • Ability to develop networks and strong relationships both within HR and to the business
  • Strong negotiation skills proven in previous roles
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal and intercultural skills
  • Good analytical and problem‑solving skills and structured way of working with high attention to detail
  • High level of discretion and sensitivity for dealing appropriately with sensitive, confidential matters
  • Good understanding of the strategy, business requirements and corporate culture of Allianz Group
  • Proven ability to work independently and to demonstrate flexibility and availability
  • Previous experience in insurance or asset management business functions, consulting, digital / tech is a plus
  • Experience applying ChatGPT, Generative AI and Ethical AI solutions
