Position Title: HR Business Partner m/f/d

Your mission

We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong focus on Recruiting/Talent Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with business leaders to attract top talent while supporting key HRBP topics across the employee lifecycle.

Your main responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to managers and leadership
  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for key roles, from workforce planning to offer management
  • Use Personio (Recruiting & Core HR) to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, and offers
  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks
  • Build strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions
  • Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters.
  • Take ownership of talent cycles including goal setting, growth and development conversations, improvement conversations and succession planning.
  • Lead and implement HR programs and initiatives related to workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, employee engagement, and succession planning.
  • Provide guidance and support on performance management, compensation, promotions, and employee development.
  • Work closely with external payroll providers across multiple European countries to ensure timely and compliant payroll processing.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements across Europe.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience, ideally within a multinational or matrixed environment.
  • Experience supporting Senior Director-level leaders and below.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices
  • Fluent in German and English; another language is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across regions.
  • Strong skills in coaching, employee relations, and change management.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Personio) and HR analytics tools.
  • Experience working in the renewable energy sector or other energy-related industries.
