What you’ll do

• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner toGerman and functional business units, supporting leaders in achieving businessobjectivesthrough effective people practices.
• Support and enable OKRs and Workforce Plans (WFPs), ensuring organizational effectiveness across all HR practices throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• Providethought leadership on organizational design,peoplestrategy, and execution, translating business needs into actionable HR initiatives.
• Steward performance management and enablement, ensuring managers and employees are supported to achieve their full potential.
• Educate, coach, and partner with managers onperformance management, employee development, and leadership effectiveness.
• Serve as atrusted advisor to leaders on employee relations matters, including (but not limited to) mediation, coaching, feedback, and complex employee relations concerns.
• Act as thefirst point of contact for all HR‑related matterswithin the business units, working closely with the global HR team to ensure maximum alignment and efficiency across the People delivery model.
• Provide HRexpertiseinemployee relations,feedbackculture, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
• Participate in the continuous development and execution of HR programs such asrecruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, performance management, and Learning & Development.
• Collaborate with the broader HR team to champion a culture of excellence, engagement, and accountability, enabling strong business outcomes.
• Identifygaps and opportunities locally and globallyto ensure the effective delivery of People services, tools, and resources across the employee lifecycle.
