As HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you work closely with global leadership, consult on strategic HR topics, and turn people strategies into measurable business impact. In addition to our diverse benefits, a full-time position offers an attractive starting salary between €111,300/year and €139,100/year plus a variable component. The starting salary depends on your qualifications and professional experience.

What you will drive

• You will act as a strategic sparring partner to senior leadership on all HR-related matters and provide executive-ready guidance

• You will advise on reorganizations, leadership and people development, career and succession planning, as well as strategic workforce planning

• Furthermore, you will assess, challenge, and develop organizational design to enable performance, agility, and role clarity across interfaces

• Accompanying managers through change and culture development, including effective stakeholder management will be among your tasks

• You will guide budgeting and steer people-related business KPIs, translating critical business demands into actionable HR solutions

• Additionally, you will proactively collaborate with HR experts to design and implement impactful HR products and lead key HR projects across the organization

What helps you succeed

• You bring a university degree, ideally with a focus on human resources, business, psychology, or a related discipline

• Your profile shows long-term experience (7-10 years) in strategic HR Business Partner roles, preferably within international companies and complex matrix environments

• You are proficient in data analytics and HR analytics and confident with HR information systems and digital HR tools

• Strong business acumen, consulting and negotiating capability, a proactive solution orientation, and distinctive problem-solving abilities are among your strengths

• You excel in stakeholder management, communicate and facilitate effectively across diverse groups, and present in an executive style to senior leaders

• Fluency in German and English, intercultural competence in global organizations as well as knowledge of labor law and compliance are necessary
