We7re looking for a HR Business Partner to join us at Unframe and help shape how we grow - as a team, as a culture, and as a company.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys working closely with managers and employees, combining strategic thinking with day-to-day execution

What you7ll do

Partner closely with managers and team leads across EMEA and the US to support team growth, performance, and development
Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related topics in a global, cross-cultural environment
Lead and support core HR processes (performance reviews, feedback cycles, goal setting, etc.) across multiple regions
Support and guide managers through complex people challenges in different geographies
Own employee lifecycle processes for global employees (from onboarding to development and offboarding)
Drive initiatives around engagement, culture, and employee experience across distributed teams

What we7re looking for

3+ years of experience in an HRBP / People Partner role
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
Proven experience supporting global teams, with a strong understanding of US work culture
Native-level English (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to build trust across cultures and time zones
Experience supporting managers through people-related challenges in a global context
High emotional intelligence and strong judgment
Comfortable working in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment
