Position Summary

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our German entity and support the deployment of Group HR policies. Reporting to the HRBP, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, contributing to both strategic and operational HR topics.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and employees on individual and collective HR topics, including career development, training, mobility, performance reviews, compensation processes, and engagement initiatives
• Lead the full recruitment and onboarding cycle in close collaboration with hiring managers
• Ensure smooth employee integration into the organization and HR systems
• Manage personnel administration, time tracking, and support payroll processes
• Provide guidance on labor law, employee relations, and disciplinary matters
• Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives such as HR systems e-learning, and internal communication projects
• Support the Austrian HR team, particularly in recruitment and administrative activities

Your profile

• Degree in business, HR, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR role
• Strong knowledge of labor law; recruiting, coaching and / or training experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
• Proactive, hands‑on, and structured working style with a solution‑oriented approach
• Strong digital affinity and confidence in using HR IT systems
• Business fluent in German and English
