HR Generalist - German & English Speaking (m/f/d)

ATMOS Space Cargo is seeking an HR Generalist (m/f/d) to support and scale our people operations across the employee lifecycle. In this role, you will work closely with leadership, hiring managers, and employees to ensure smooth HR operations, compliant processes, and a strong employee experience in a fast‑growing aerospace startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently support end‑to‑end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities.
• Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on day‑to‑day HR‑related questions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor law requirements and internal HR policies.
• Contribute to improving HR processes, templates, and documentation as the organization scales.
• Support HR projects related to growth, organizational development, and people initiatives.
• Manage and maintain employee data, contracts, certificates, and HR documentation in our HR systems.

Profile required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in an HR generalist, people operations, or HR administration role.
• Solid understanding of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on startup environment with evolving structures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel.
• Clear, professional communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and German.

Preferred qualifications

• French language skills are a plus.
• Experience working in an international or technical environment.
• Basic knowledge of German / French labor law or willingness to learn.
