Your mission

Responsibilities

• You’ll ensure employee records are accurate and updated.
• You’ll process labour documentation such as contracts and confidentiality agreements.
• You’ll handle sensitive data according to the GDPR regulations.
• You’ll assist in administering employee benefit programs.
• You’ll provide support to employees on HR related topics.
• You’ll ensure HR policies are consistently followed within Sungrow.
• You’ll help maintain essential HR records for compliance.
• You’ll provide initial support in addressing employee relations issues.

Your profile

Do you have the legal right to work in Germany? Before applying, please ensure you have the legal right to work in Germany without the need for visa sponsorship.

What will you need to be successful?

• Degree in HR or business (currently enrolled or recently graduated).
• Fluency in English.

What can make you an ideal candidate?

• Language skills in German or Chinese (Mandarin).
• HR certifications (SHRM‑CP, aPHRi or CIPD).
• Knowledge of the solar energy market in Europe.
• Understanding of solar energy products (PV, ESS and EV).
