Would you like to actively contribute your recruiting expertise and talent at ORBIS? Then join our HR team as a full-time HR Manager Recruiting (m/f/x) on a temporary parental leave replacement basis . You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process for one or more business areas—for example, in the SAP or Microsoft environment—from requirements gathering and interviews to contract offers. You will work closely with your HR colleagues and the specialist departments, develop efficient and transparent selection processes, and ensure a compelling candidate experience . In addition, you will identify suitable talent as needed (e.g., via LinkedIn) and take on initial and direct approach of passive candidates. Furthermore, you will continuously optimize our recruiting processes, evaluate suitable job platforms, and keep an eye on market trends and new developments.

Your Profile

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or degree, ideally with a focus on business administration or human resources management
• Relevant professional experience in HR, particularly in recruiting or active sourcing
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems such as SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
• High level of social competence, strong communication skills, and a confident manner
• A structured approach to work with the ability to keep track of parallel projects
• High affinity for IT topics and knowledge of business networks (LinkedIn, etc.)
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Initiative, self‑confidence, and openness
