Your tasks

• HR Operations & Employee Support: First point of contact for employees in various countries on employment contract, administrative and procedural issues; maintenance of employee master data and management of digital employee files; independent processing of HR enquiries in German and English.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Structured design and operational implementation of onboarding processes; professional support for offboarding, including administrative processing.
• HR Systems & Process Responsibility: Participation in the development and implementation of a new HR system landscape; administration and further development of HR tools; analysis and optimisation of HR processes.
• HR Reporting & HR Controlling: Creation of reports, key figures and dashboards; preparation of HR data as a basis for decision-making for the Head of HR.
• Recruiting Support: Support for selected recruiting processes.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in HR operations or HR administration, ideally in an international environment.
• Experience in the introduction or administration of HR systems.
• Structured, careful and independent way of working.
• Strong service orientation and professional demeanour.
• Confident handling of HR data and reporting.
• Interest in digital tools and AI applications for process optimisation.
• Good knowledge of German labour and social security law.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
