Main Purpose of Job

To support a holistic human resources employee enablement service utilising human resources tools and services to facilitate a positive, sustainable employee experience within a value-based culture.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Enable optimal workforce management system usage
• Facilitate shared service
• Coordinate employee wellness, engagement initiatives, and related events
• Enable transformation through fair HR practice

Required Education

Advanced National Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources

Required Experience

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years’ experience in Human Resources or related environment

• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Employee benefits and remuneration policies
• Event coordination and initiative facilitation
