Youu2019ll collaborate closely with various departments and leaders, taking ownership of preparing employment contracts, works council notifications, transfer letters, and reference letters. Youu2019ll also contribute your ideas to projects aimed at continuously enhancing our HR processes. Together, we are building an innovative and inclusive future for Danfoss.
This position is a **parental leave cover** and is limited **until the end of February 2027** .
**What Youu2019ll Be Doing**
Support our nationwide AskHR team with all transactional HR processes - from hiring to exit
Prepare employment contracts and create works council notifications, transfer letters, and reference letters
Act as a partner in standardizing processes and documents across the team
Participate in projects and help us continuously improve our HR processes
Actively shape our dayu2011tou2011day HR operations and bring in your own ideas
**What We're Looking For**
Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally with initial experience in HR
A strong team player who enjoys working in a global organization
Someone who works independently, in a structured way, and with a high level of accuracy
Customeru2011 and serviceu2011oriented, confident in communicating with different stakeholders
Reliable, with fluent German and very good English skills (written and spoken)
Comfortable working with IT systems and open to learning new tools
