HR Process Consultant – HRIS Transformation

A tech scale-up software company in Europe is transforming their HR solution and rolling out a new HR system. They're looking for an experienced HR Process Owner or HR BA with prior HRIS implementation experience.

The HR Process Consultant will map as is and define to-be HR processes with a focus on efficiency and scaleability. You will document current processes and will work with the System Integration Partner and IT teams to configure and develop the HR system, Workday and will drive business process change and harmonisation.

• Business Process Analysis, process harmonisation and improvement for end-to-end HR processes (Hire to Retire) and define To-Be HR processes
• Bridge the gap between the business and IT partners to configure and develop the new HRIS/ HCM solution
• Change Management for HR Solution Rollout
• Drive deployment of the HR system as the bridge between business and IT and assist across the implementation process; Requirements mapping, issue resolution, testing, rollout, change management

• Excellent knowledge of HR Business Processes end-to-end; Hire-to-Retire and related HR processes
• Proven experience as HR Business Analyst with experience documenting processes and clear understanding of best-practice processes
• Prior experience in at least one international HRIS or HR System implementation, ideally in a software or scale-up company
• HCM or HR System implementation experience e.g. Peoplesoft, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics / D365, SAP, Successfactors, Oracle, Netsuite, Infor, Unit4 or similar

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Process Owner, HR BA or HR Process Consultant with prior HRIS implementation experience to take on the next challenging project in a dynamic hands-on environment.

Contractor – 6 months initially
