HR Specialist - MBT Climate (Chinese‑speaking)

We are looking for a hands‑on HR Specialist to support HR operations and coordination across our European entities. This role is based in the regional headquarters and works closely with local HR teams as well as with the headquarters in China. The position focuses on HR coordination, recruitment follow‑up, support training program and cross‑border HR communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Regional Support

  • Support HR coordination across European entities and ensure alignment with regional and global HR processes
  • Work closely with local HR teams to facilitate HR initiatives

2. Recruitment & Training Coordination

  • Align with local HR team to follow up recruitment activities and maintain recruitment status reports for regional management

3. Global Mobility & HQ Communication

  • Support coordination related to international assignments and mobility cases
  • Act as a key HR contact between local teams and the headquarters in China

4. HR Systems & Process Support

  • Support HR system operation and data consolidation at the regional level
  • Participate in HR process optimization and HR system implementation projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; alternatively, completed vocational training in a relevant discipline with solid hands‑on experience in HR operations, or HR administration
  • At least 3 years of HR operation experience, preferably in an international company
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to work across cultures and manage communication with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong ability to quickly learn new topics, processes, and systems, with a proactive and hands‑on approach

Language Requirement

  • Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
  • German language skills are highly preferred
