About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and people leaders to support continued growth in Germany. Our team’s guiding principle is Stronger together.

Reporting to the CHRO, you will partner with leaders and teams based in Frankfurt, acting as a trusted adviser while taking a hands-on approach to drive HR initiatives from strategy through to execution. You will address challenges directly, implement solutions, and ensure HR practices are effective, compliant, and aligned with business needs in a dynamic environment.

With high ownership and trust, your expertise will contribute to strengthening the organisation’s presence in Germany. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with managers and people leaders in Germany, providing practical HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Lead the rollout and continuous improvement of people processes and frameworks, acting as process owner for performance management, talent reviews, and engagement initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic HR projects, including Compensation & Benefits initiatives (e.g., pay transparency and total rewards frameworks), ensuring local implementation in Germany.
  • Translate HR strategy into scalable, locally compliant processes in line with German employment law.
  • Collaborate with the CHRO and broader HR team to shape and execute HR initiatives aligned with organisational priorities.
  • Build strong relationships across functions in Germany, using people data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, ideally in a growing organisation.
  • Experience supporting business growth or HR transformation in Germany.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sound operational judgement, with the ability to build trust at all levels and make pragmatic decisions.
  • Experienced in employee relations, conflict resolution, and mediation, handling sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Solid understanding of German employment law.
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, comfortable working in fast-paced environments and navigating ambiguity.
