HSE Advisors & HSE Managers Required - Mission Critical (Freelance)

We are currently recruiting experienced HSE Advisors and HSE Managers for a large-scale project based in Germany. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-profile international project with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures
• Carry out site inspections, audits, and incident investigations
• Promote a strong safety culture across the project
• Liaise with site teams, contractors, and management

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an HSE role on major construction or industrial projects
• Must have mission critical project experience (e.g. data centres or similar environments)
• Relevant HSE qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• B2 level German is desirable but not essential
• Must be able to start soon
