About The Role If Individual Contributor : Sets mid‑term objectives for self and others and performs activities in order to achieve results. Employee has extensive theoretical knowledge and extensive experience within the own job area and some of aligning other job areas. Activities require thorough analysis and extensive alignment with others within and outside the own job area. Implements improvement on current processes and coaches/reviews other employees. If managerial : Manages/Leads a team by setting mid‑term objectives and ensuring these are achieved by the team. Employee has extensive theoretical knowledge and extensive experience within the own job area and some of aligning other job areas. Manages difficult issues that require analysis and alignment with others within and outside the own job area.

Key Responsibilities

Individual Contributor

• Conduct in‑depth research and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Act as a mentor and coach for junior specialists.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

Managerial

• Lead a team in daily operations and workflow management.
• Ensure team performance meets business objectives.
• Provide training and mentorship to enhance team capabilities.

Skills

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a specialized role.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
