HSE Manager Neustadt

**Responsibilities** ensure implementation and compliance with (legal) requirements, ISO standards 9001/14001/45001/50001, internal standards, and (environmental) permits.**Requirements** **Experience:** Proven experience as an HSE Manager in a production environment, preferably within complex manufacturing industries. **Knowledge:** In-depth knowledge of safety and environmental regulations, risk management, emergency response, and safety management systems, with a focus on influencing people. **Formal safety qualifications**: Experience with ISO 45001/14001. In addition, experience with ISO 9001 and is an advantage. **Audit:**Internal Auditor certification is an advantage, with experience in conducting integrated audit programs. **Education:** A degree in a related field such as Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering. **Leadership:** Effective and impactful leadership style and excellent team management abilities. Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams with a strong hands-on approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees, management, and regulatory agencies.
