HSE Supervisor – Refinery Revamp Project

Duration: 6–8 weeks

We are looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor to support a short-term refinery revamp project . In this role, you will oversee all health, safety, and environmental aspects on site, ensuring full compliance with German regulations and project standards.

You will play a key role in maintaining a strong safety culture, monitoring site activities, and acting as the primary HSE point of contact during execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce HSE policies and procedures on site
• Ensure compliance with German legislation and environmental requirements
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
• Promote safety awareness among personnel and contractors
• Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as HSE Supervisor in refinery, oil & gas, or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards
• Experience with revamp / brownfield projects is preferred
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong on-site presence and ability to enforce safety standards
• Refinery experience is strongly preferred
