To support our continued growth in Northern and Central Europe (NCE), we are looking for an HSEQ Manager NCE who will take ownership of the regional HSEQ agenda and drive safety performance across our operations.
As HSEQ Manager NCE, you will be a key member of the regional management team, responsible for driving HSEQ strategy, performance, and culture across NCE.
This is a highly visible leadership role combining strategic oversight with a strong hands-on presence in the field. You will work closely with operational teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure the highest safety and quality standards across both installation and service activities.
Lead and develop the regional HSEQ team, strengthening capabilities and ensuring effective support to operational activities
Provide hands-on support to operational teams through regular site visits and visible safety leadership
Drive the implementation of global and regional HSEQ strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous performance improvement
Monitor and improve HSEQ performance by analyzing key indicators and translating insights into actionable improvements
Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring alignment on HSEQ standards and contractual requirements
Oversee incident investigations, audits, and assurance processes, ensuring lessons learned are effectively implemented
Support compliance and continuous improvement of the HSEQ management system, including legal requirements and internal processes
Contribute to business review meetings and reporting cycles, providing insights on HSEQ performance and risks
Represent the organization in external HSEQ forums and promote best practices across the business
Previous managerial experience, with the ability to lead and develop teams
Practical, hands-on approach with operational teams and willingness to be present on sites
Confidence in engaging and communicating with clients and external stakeholders
Ability to raise standards and drive transformational change
Ability to adapt, connect and engage with people
Successful implementation of management systems
Experience with incident investigation and auditing processes
Strong understanding of HSEQ management systems and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Trained HSEQ auditor
Chartered health and safety professional, or working towards chartered
