Join the department in charge of HUMS Technical Support: Health & Usage Monitoring System is based on data from customer fleet and assists maintenance by early detection.

Your challenges

• Supply HUMS Technical Support as “Front Office”.
• 24/7 customer assistance via HUMS Hot Line.
• Deliver HUMS services respecting contractual commitments (“FlyScan” proactive services).
• Implement HUMS system and train customers worldwide.
• Provide technical advice and consulting to adapt solution to customer needs.
• Edit documentation (Training Manual, Service Bulletin, Work Card on ATA chapters 31/45).
• Propose improvements of HUMS systems & services to increase customer satisfaction, fleet availability, and reduce costs.

Your profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5).
• Technical knowledge in mechanical parts, systems, avionics, vibrations.
• Ability to work on IT tools.
• Technical English language proficiency.
• Background in helicopter support & maintenance process (nice to have).
• Open‑minded, proactive, future‑oriented.
• High team spirit.
• Customer‑oriented with good relationships.

Language skills

• English: Advanced.
• French: Fluent.
