Hybrid Front of House & Pilates Instructor (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a passionate and versatile team member (m/w/d) to join our growing Pilates studio in Prenzlauer Berg.

This is a hybrid freelance contract designed to evolve with you and our studio’s needs.

For the first phase (approximately three months), you will primarily support our studio as a Front of House team member , covering a valued team member who is currently on sick leave. After this period, we aim to transition the role into a hybrid structure — ideally continuing with you as a Pilates instructor (Reformer, Mat, or Barre), depending on your qualifications.

We’re especially looking for a freelancer who is not only strong in client service and studio operations, but who would also love to grow with us long-term as part of our teaching team.

Tasks

Front of House (Initial Phase – approx. 3 months)

• Welcome and assist members before and after class
• Ensure smooth daily studio operations
• Maintain a warm, professional, and inspiring studio atmosphere
• Support the instructor team with organization and communication

Teaching (Following Initial Phase, if qualified)

• Teach dynamic and inclusive group classes (Reformer, Mat, and/or Barre)
• Create a welcoming, motivating, and safe environment for all levels
• Deliver thoughtfully sequenced classes that reflect our Elevate philosophy: mindful, modern, and movement-focused
• Support members in reaching their wellness goals through personalized feedback and connection

Requirements

• Certified in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, or Barre (preferred for teaching transition)
• At least 1 year of teaching experience preferred (newly certified instructors welcome if highly motivated)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Friendly, professional presence with strong organizational skills
• Reliability, positive energy, and a collaborative spirit
• Comfortable working in a client-facing, service-oriented role
