In the role of ICT Specialist Operations (Warehouse / Logistics), you ensure the stable operation and continuous development of the IT landscape within our warehouse environments as part of your new team.

You are responsible for ensuring that provided IT services and infrastructures are optimally utilized in the warehouse setting. You serve as the central point of contact for complex support and operational topics, approaching them in a pragmatic, structured, and solution-oriented manner.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the stable operation of the IT landscape in the warehouses in close collaboration with central IT and infrastructure teams.
• Implementation, operation, and continuous optimization of IT services and solutions for warehouse environments, ranging from standard solutions to warehouse-specific requirements. Acting as the interface between warehouse operations, IT product teams, and operations, gathering requirements, adapting solutions, and ensuring efficient implementation.
• Coaching and further development of First-Level Support provided by the logistics operations team.
• Ensuring Second-Level Support within the team, including taking on on-call (Pikett) responsibilities.
• Analyzing and sustainably resolving incidents and problems while establishing clear processes and structured documentation.
• Actively contributing to the development of standards, operational processes, and support concepts to ensure a scalable and future-proof warehouse IT environment.
• Several years of experience in a comparable IT role, ideally in IT Operations, IT Support, Enablement, or other mission‑critical IT environments.
• Broad technical knowledge of modern IT landscapes, particularly in operating and supporting workplace, application, and infrastructure solutions, combined with a strong willingness to learn and natural curiosity.
• Holistic thinking with a focus on stable, sustainable, and scalable operational solutions, along with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented working style.
• Very good German skills and good English (at least B2 level) for collaboration with internal IT teams, external partners, and for handling technical documentation.
• Strong decision‑making ability and a high level of solution orientation, even in challenging support or operational situations involving incomplete information or time pressure.
• Clear, authentic, and audience‑appropriate communication, with a focus on transparency, constructive feedback, and collaboration at eye level, both within the team and with operational stakeholders.
• Willingness to work shifts during operating hours (05:00–23:00, Monday to Saturday) and/or to participate in on‑call duty rotations.
