The Opportunity

To support our expansion plans, we are currently hiring IFS Manufacturing Consultant to strengthen our team and embark on an exciting new journey with us.

What you’ll be doing:

• Independently manage IFS Applications implementation projects within your area of specialization
• Analyze business processes and customer expectations, and map them within the IFS Applications system
• Investigate incidents and errors in the customer’s ERP software
• Configure and/or prepare the system accordingly
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for system users
• Create documentation and test scenarios
• Provide end-user support and consulting
• Participate in development projects and testing of new functionalities
• Deliver high-quality customer service

Who you are:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation or support (IFS CLOUD or IFS 9&10)
• Solid understanding of business processes in your area of expertise
• Fluent in both German and English
• Willingness to travel
• Strong analytical thinking and quick learning ability
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus
• Ability to work with custom objects and PL/SQL
• Openness to relocation to Switzerland
