Thomson Reuters looking for a client-focused Implementation Consultant to help corporate legal departments successfully adopt and scale AI‑powered legal solutions using CoCounsel Legal. In this role, you will combine legal technology expertise, strong consulting skills, and implementation experience to deliver tailored solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and support innovation across legal operations.
Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, you will advise, guide, and configure AI‑powered legal solutions for corporate legal teams. You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, workflows, and strategic goals, then translate those needs into practical implementation plans that maximize the value of CoCounsel Legal.
This is a client‑facing role requiring strong communication skills, legal technology fluency, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. You will play a key role in onboarding and training clients, enabling them to use CoCounsel's AI capabilities across areas such as legal research, contract analysis, compliance, and litigation support.
About the Role
In this opportunity as an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Client Discovery and Solution Design
- Collaborate with legal operations teams to identify pain points and opportunities for AI integration.
- Translate client goals into actionable implementation plans using CoCounsel’s capabilities.
- Support playbook definition and configuration.
- Advise clients on prompting best practices and effective use of AI‑powered legal tools.
- Design user journeys and workflows aligned with legal best practices and AI‑enhanced processes.
Project Management and Delivery
- Produce accurate project costings and Statements of Work.
- Conduct regular progress meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client objectives.
Client Enablement and Training
- Deliver tailored onboarding and training sessions focused on practical AI use cases.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption.
- Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
- Help clients build confidence in using CoCounsel Legal across their legal workflows.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Act as a CoCounsel subject matter expert within the UK and Europe Professional Services delivery team.
- Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Sales to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in product demonstrations, client workshops, and feedback sessions.
- Share client insights with product teams to help inform future product development.
About You
- 3–5 years of enterprise software implementation experience, preferably within legal technology, SaaS, or AI solutions.
- Experience with AI‑powered legal tools such as CoCounsel, Westlaw, Practical Law, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to legal professionals.
- Confidence discussing legal use cases, client challenges, and legal work processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver high‑quality consulting services.
- Familiarity with SaaS troubleshooting, browser settings, and web application performance.
- A strong interest in legal innovation, AI, and emerging technologies.
- An understanding of corporate legal department operations, including compliance, contract lifecycle management, litigation support, and legal research.

Compensation & Benefits
Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. For Poland, the base compensation range for this role is 115,500 PLN – 214,500 PLN. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
