Implementation Specialist - DACH

Shiftbase is a fast‑growing SaaS company that simplifies time tracking, workforce scheduling, and leave management for organizations working with rosters. Our mission is to save time so companies can focus on people and growth. We operate throughout Europe, serve over 8,500 clients and have more than 75 professionals based in Zoetermeer and a soon‑opening office in Berlin.

As an Implementation Specialist , you guide new customers through onboarding, helping them set up, configure, and use Shiftbase in their daily operations.

Tasks

• Lead onboarding sessions with new customers (online meetings).
• Guide customers through setup, configuration, and workflows.
• Explain product features clearly and in a structured way.
• Support customers in becoming self‑sufficient users of the platform.
• Identify potential risks during onboarding and address them proactively.
• Collaborate with Sales and Support to ensure smooth handovers and customer success.

Results

• Customers are successfully onboarded and ready to go live.
• Customers adopt key features and use the platform effectively.
• High customer satisfaction during onboarding.
• Reduced need for follow‑ups due to clear and structured guidance.
• Early identification and mitigation of potential churn risks.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in German, both spoken and written.
• Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and clear way.
• A structured way of working and strong organisational skills.
• Empathy and patience when working with customers.
• Curiosity and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Consultative mindset: you ask the right questions before proposing solutions.

Benefits

• A gross monthly salary of €3,500 to €5,500, depending on experience.
