Position

Ev.-Luth. Christus-Kirchengemeinde Hohenfelde-Hörnerkirchen seeks a Pastor or Pastorin for a full‑time (100%) role beginning 1 September 2026, with the possibility of earlier start. Pastorenehepaar are also welcome, as the neighboring Ev.-Luth. Kirchengemeinde Barmstedt concurrently offers a 50% position that can be split 75/75 with a partner. Appointment is made by the parish council.

Responsibilities

Provide pastoral care and spiritual leadership within a rural setting, accompany and support the community, collaborate with neighboring parishes (Barmstedt and Stellau), and actively participate in team activities such as church music, festivals, and youth programs.

Qualifications

Member of the Evangelisch‑Lutherischen Kirche in Norddeutschland (Nordkirche) in a service relationship, capable of pastoral ministry, team oriented, and willing to join a growing parish district. Prior experience in pastoral care or church leadership is an advantage.
