About the Role
The In-force Management Expert & Commutation Specialist works with a high level of autonomy and ownership, acting as In-force Manager for French-speaking markets and for selected Underwriting Portfolios and Market Units in EMEA. You will be responsible for the Commutation and Novation strategy, with a focus on engaging with clients and stakeholders, as well as originating and executing commutation and novation deal opportunities.
In addition, you support and challenge the Product Portfolio Managers and Market Units while jointly taking ownership of portfolio performance, aligned with Reinsurance Smart Circle processes and responsibilities.

For Germany, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 70,000 and EUR 116,000 for a full-time role.

In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.
